3D RENDER
Through extensive consultations, we collaboratively shape your vision into a palpable reality. Utilizing advanced technology, we meticulously create both 2D and 3D renders, offering our clients a comprehensive visual representation for refinement and clarity. Our commitment to transparency extends to the detailed selection of finishes, accessories, and other components, culminating in a meticulously crafted pricing proposal.
DELIVERY
Once our client is satisfied with their curated selections and have determined their preferred price group, we proceed to initiate the order placement process. As our products are sourced directly from Germany, a standard waiting period of a few months ensues, subject to the scale of the shipment and intricacies of the project. In our collaborative approach, clients are proactively consulted regarding their preferred project end date, allowing us to align our efforts and resources to meet their specific timing requirements.
INSTALLATION
From inception to completion, our dedicated team remains steadfastly engaged in the entire installation process to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience. With our in-house team of skilled installers, we offer a comprehensive solution for clients who may not have a designated installer. For those with their preferred installers, we collaborate seamlessly, making ourselves available throughout the process, providing assistance and supervisory visits as needed. Our ethos revolves around delivering not just a product but an end-to-end service that reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence.
